# Case: Kommunikasjon i krise

I denne videoen møter du Nora Våg, som står på en bro og vurderer å hoppe. Gjennom dette scenarioet lærer du om kommunikasjon i møte med mennesker i krise. Vi ser på hvilke utsagn og tilnærminger som bør unngås, og hvordan du kan kommunisere på en måte som bygger relasjon og skaper tillit i en krevende situasjon. Til slutt introduseres to sentrale begreper innen relasjonsarbeid: overføring og motoverføring.
